After having the police called on me by the building superintendent who ADMITS that he KNEW what I was doing was completely legal… I’ve had enough! What is so difficult for these people to understand about our right to film in public? It’s time to escalate this. In this video I personally serve Warren Young of the NYS Office of General services a FORM COL notice for Denial of Rights Under Color of Law.
No… This isn’t a lawsuit just yet but that option is being very seriously considered.

I’m shocked and appalled by the fact that the security officer who started this whole thing by assaulting me is STILL EMPLOYED by WISDOM PROTECTIVE SERVICES despite my reporting the incident directly to their CEO KAY SIMERON who assured me an investigation would be completed and that he would get back to me to let me know what actions would be taken.
UPDATE – 1/2/20
I spoke with Wisdom Protective Services management who advise me they reviewed my video as well as the building security footage and have determined that their employee did ABSOLUTELY NOTHING WRONG.
